New top 10 provider – Care at Home Services (South East) Ltd acquires Westminster Homecare Ltd
Care at Home Services (South East) Ltd has today completed the acquisition of Westminster Homecare Ltd in its entirety.
Care at Home is a privately owned, independent family business providing a range of high quality care services to clients in their own homes. The business was founded in 1993 and grown organically and through a series of acquisitions and provides its services under several trusted brands including Care at Home Services, Beech Tree Total Care, Domus Live-In Care, and now Westminster Homecare. Combined the Care at Home Services group of companies is one of the top ten largest providers of homecare services in the UK with over 3,700 staff operating from 28 branches delivering homecare to the community and also care in 18 extra care facilities.

In addition, Care at Home is pleased to announce the strengthening of its Board of Directors with the appointments of Patrick Carter who will also serve as Managing Director, Westminster Homecare and Gareth Taylor as Group Finance Director.
